Zipper parts
Always choose a zipper part that fits the size of the zipper you order. When making D-ring pullers, make sure you don't attach extremely long leathers to the puller (20 cm +). This puts too much pressure on the slider, which can cause the zipper to break more quickly.

Colors and finishes
Our zippers and zipper components have a special finish that makes them suitable for leather applications. The zippers and zipper parts are made of metal and finished with a color. A gold finish does not mean that you order a zipper made of real gold. The Elite finishes do contain real precious metals in the product. Colors and gloss may look slightly different on a screen than in real life. Is the exact tape color important? Ask about the possibilities to receive a color card. Also keep in mind that colors can vary slightly per batch.

Applications
There are many types of zippers, each with their own applications and properties. This can sometimes be a bit confusing. We give you the best possible advice in the webshop. Therefore, always read the accompanying texts and specifications, or search for a suitable zipper in the menu on 'application'. Are you unsure whether a zipper is suitable for your project? Then it’s our turn. After receiving your order and payment, we will send off your favorite items and our warmest regards along with the delivery person within 1-3 business days. Here at Leatherbox USA we take great care and pride in selecting, preparing and inspecting your choices, before sending it off to you.

You will receive an email from us as soon as your package is on its way. You will also receive a separate email from the shipping party with the track & trace information. Count on a delivery between 2-6 working days. Because we have no influence on how hard the postman steps on the accelerator, the stated delivery times are always indicative.

We understand that hasty speed is sometimes necessary. That is why you can also choose fast delivery with USPS PRIORITY or FEDEX when ordering. You pay a little more shipping costs, but you can start your design faster.

Please note that FEDEX shipments are sent out Monday through Friday, not including weekends and holidays.

FREE Shipping

All orders from $149 are eligible for free shipping.

• Noncontiguous US states and territories like Hawaii, Alaska, are excluded from free shipping promotions, and subject to different shipping flat rates.
• Some large palletized or heavy orders do not qualify for shipping promos. Please contact us for a new shipping quote.
• We do ship to PO box and APO addresses, however it may take up to 14 business days to arrive due to USPS delays.

Free shipping threshold promotions may be discontinued or changed at any time without notice.

Returns & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

The shipping costs are for your own account. Returns are only possible if the products are unused and untouched. Returns are not possible for shortened zippers and custom zippers.
