Return policy

Leatherbox USA strives to give you 100% satisfaction when shopping with us.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.(except special ordered quantities)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition and packaging as you received it. The item must not be used or altered in any way. You will also need the original receipt and include it in the box. Please mark the items that you are returning as well as the reason for the return. We would like to understand and make it up to you in your future orders.

A pre- authorization is required for all products returned (RMA #) please contact us via our contact form. Once you receive the RMA# , write it on the outside of the box and on the original invoice.

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping. Consider using a trackable shipping service to assure your package will be received by us. We are also not responsible for lost returned packages due to address errors.

Non-Returnable items:
- Clearance or discounted items,as well as "special orders" such as bigger quantities as  leather,tools,hardware and/or zipper quantities(or one of the other items on our website) are not returnable for a refund.

Refund policy

Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund on your credit card. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
